Back to personal best days - I run 3.49.06 my fastest time since 2018.
Solid opener to DL season with a very close (0.03 seconds) from the win - 3.29 is my fastest 1500m DL opener in my career next to 2020's Monaco.
Straight to France for a new training location for 5 weeks joining Coach Tomasz and my training partners as I lead into 2 European Diamond Leagues.

So happy to bounce back after the Olympics! Good end to my season with 2nd in 3.30.93, next to my nemesis Jakob. Beating Cole Hocker and Yared Nguse the Olympics Gold and Bronze medallists was a small consolation. My DL record:

Navigated the rounds OK but the final for me was a bad day at the office, 11th. Very disappointed.
